- Other parties to the party wall process: your neighbour (or the building owner), their surveyor and any third surveyor, as the Act requires.
- Service providers: our web host (IONOS), email and form providers, Google (Analytics and Ads, with consent), HM Land Registry and our accountants. Each acts under a contract.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
Google may process data in the USA under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge. Where we transfer data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t go ahead: 6 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Project files, notices, awards and Schedules of Condition: 7 years after completion, or 15 years where needed for potential claims (Limitation Act 1980), as professional practice requires.
- Invoicing records: 6 years after the end of the financial year (HMRC).
- Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 retention setting).

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@partywall-agreement.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
