Serving All Notices and Carrying out SOC inspection - £499*
Agreement Lite Version and the minimum we recommend
Professionally crafting the Party Wall notices - serving them as per above - and carrying out SOC inspection / report to one Adjoining property
Full protection of the Party Wall etc Act 1996
As the Building Owners Surveyor
£599 per Award *
This includes:-
- Land Registry Search Fees to verify neighbours identity & address
- Providing explanatory notes
- Form of Consent
- Serving the notice with a stamped envelope assisting in their prompt reply.
- Providing follow up 'Ten Day Notices' if the neighbour fails to respond
- The drafting and serving of the Party Wall Award.
- Including a schedule of Condition survey to the Adjoining Owners Property
- Based on One Adjoining owner dissenting
Agreed Surveyor - Appointed by both the building owner and Adjoining Owner - £699 per Award*
Includes all as listed for Building Owners Surveyor scope of works - reduces cost for the Building owner as only one surveyor (us) being involved
Appointed as Adjoining Owners Surveyor - Acting for a Neighbour
Under normal circumstances these are paid by the Building Owner.
We charge by the hour @ £160 plus VAT but can at the request of the Building Owner review the scheme and can agree a FIXED FEE in advance.
